Shipping & Returns


Shipping is free! Luna Grace Boutique uses USPS Priority Mail which means you will receive your items in 1-3 business days! Talk about fast! Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. As soon as it's processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. I am not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. My boutique ships anywhere in the US!


All merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if you received the item damaged or defective in any way a store credit will be issued for the amount of damaged merchandise. If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you need to contact me within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If I do not receive notification that you were delivered a damaged item in 3 days, sadly I will not be able to issue store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. That being said I hand check every item for damage before shipping out. If I see an item that is damaged I will not ship it out. So it is HIGHLY unlikely you would receive damaged goods. I am not responsible for any damage acquired during the shipping process. The fault of that would go to USPS.
As Luna Grace Boutique grows I plan on offering returns on all non sale items. Since this is a small business & just starting out I am not able to at this time.
