Refunds and Returns Policy
At Luna Grace, we hope you absolutely love your experience shopping with us. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to help make your shopping experience better.
- Items purchased from our store can be returned for store credit only.
- SALE items are not eligible for return and are final sale only.
- Returns must be completed within 7 days from purchase.
- All returned items must be un-worn, un-washed, and must contain our original tags.
- We do not refund original shipping fees.
- All returned items will be assessed a restocking fee that is deducted from the amount of store credit you receive.
Due to the limited availability of many of our items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. However, we will be happy to issue you a store credit if your exchange meets the guidelines provided in our "Returns" section above.
Order Cancellations or Changes
